ABOUT DAYS & SHOWS

Defining the relationship between Days and Shows, tips on how to enter your day and show data, and navigating between Days and Shows.

UPDATED 25 MAY 2023

The BANDIE management portal divides the bulk of your data entry into two separate but related sections: Days and Shows.

How to Find Days and Shows

Both of these sections are located in the left sidebar menu of your Band Portal Page.

The Relationship Between Days and Shows

The DAYS section is for data:

  • that is important for that day, but is not necessarily show specific: Flights/Trains, Engagements, Press, and Misc Itinerary; and

  • that may or may not be show specific, but can span over multiple days: Personnel, Ground Transportation, and Accommodations.

The SHOWS section is for data:

  • that is show specific: Show Info, Contacts, Production Schedule, Meet and Greet, Production, Hospitality, Merchandise, Social Media, Marketing, Press Passes, and Guest List.

TIP: Always create the DAY first. You can’t create the SHOW until you have a day for that show!

Navigating Between Days and Shows
